It all began in Miami at a Heat game. What started with laughter and conversation quickly grew into a relationship built on trust, respect, and faith.

For two years, we enjoyed what we like to call a “not-so-long” long-distance relationship, only two hours apart but always finding time to be together. From road trips and family gatherings to quiet moments of connection, every mile was worth it.

Two years later, Matt returned to the very place where it all started—the Heat arena—and asked Karina the most important question of all. She said yes, and our love story came full circle.

Now, as we prepare for our wedding, we’re reminded that love is a universal language. Despite growing up in different countries, speaking different first languages, and experiencing different cultures, we discovered we believe in the same things: family, faith, respect, and laughter.

That’s the foundation of our story—and the reason we can’t wait to say “I do” surrounded by all of you.
