Our Wedding

It all began in Miami at a Heat game. What started with laughter and conversation quickly grew into a relationship built on trust, respect, and faith. For two years, we enjoyed what we like to call a “not-so-long” long-distance relationship, only two hours apart but always finding time to be together. From road trips and family gatherings to quiet moments of connection, every mile was worth it. Two years later, Matt returned to the very place where it all started—the Heat arena—and asked Karina the most important question of all. She said yes, and our love story came full circle. Now, as we prepare for our wedding, we’re reminded that love is a universal language. Despite growing up in different countries, speaking different first languages, and experiencing different cultures, we discovered we believe in the same things: family, faith, respect, and laughter. That’s the foundation of our story—and the reason we can’t wait to say “I do” surrounded by all of you.

Olga, Maid of Honor: Olga and I have been super close friends since our sophomore year of high school. From navigating our awkward phases to becoming the adults we are today, she's been my constant. I'll never forget our sleep overs in high school and wild parties when in college! Olga is the most loyal friend and can always make me laugh until my sides hurt. I'm so lucky to have her stand by my side. Carol Montes, bridemaid, my sister, lifelong protector, and travel partner in crime. She has always had my back, but we became inseparable when we lived together and started traveling the world. She is funny, warm, and fiercely loving, and I can’t imagine standing at the altar without her. Kristin, Bridesmaid: Kristin is not only my wonderful future sister-in-law but also a dear friend. From the moment I met her, she welcomed me into the family with open arms and made me feel right at home. We've since shared amazing moments. I'm incredibly lucky to be able to call her both family and friend, and I'm honored to have her with me today. Vincent, Man of honor: is a pilot who went from trimming trees to flying planes, proving heights have never bothered him. Originally from Lehigh, he brings just enough edge to keep things interesting. Calm, funny, and always an adventure, he’s proud to stand with the groom. Jason, groomsmen: the groom’s brother, works in property appraisal and has recently mastered the art of negotiating with a one-year-old. He’s learned that sleepless nights build character… and groomsmen stamina. Proud to stand with his brother on the big day. Josh, groomsmen: is a hardworking small-town chiropractor who’s been friends with the groom since second grade. Known for his dedication, reliability, and steady presence, both at work and on the basketball court, he’s proud to stand beside his lifelong friend.

From the major airports, here’s how you can get to LaBelle: From Fort Myers (RSW)After landing, take I-75 (or your preferred route) and then connect to State Road 80 (SR 80) heading east.Follow SR 80 until you reach LaBelle.The drive is about 40–45 minutes. From Naples (APF)Take US-41 / Tamiami Trail, then connect to SR 80 heading northeast into LaBelle.Expect a drive of about an hour or more, depending on traffic. From Miami International (MIA)Take the Florida Turnpike (or other preferred route) north/west, then connect to SR 80 heading west to LaBelle.The drive is about 2 hours. Very easy drive. From Fort Lauderdale (FLL)Exit the airport heading west / southwest on I-595, then connect to I-75 / SR 80 to go toward LaBelle.The trip is around 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on traffic. Easier drive than Miami. From Orlando, The trip is around 2 hours and a half. But it feels like 5 hours. If you live in FL best way to get here is driving, if you leave out of Florida or out of USA and you want to stop in Miami, you can fly there, rent a car and drive here or if you are visitng USA just to have fun with us, we will recommend you to flight to Ft Myers and come to Labelle. If you are not renting a car, Uber Ft Myers - Labelle might be around $40 - $60. Here are some recommendations for the Acommodation

It is small but it is right on the river, has a nice gym and a nice restaurant with an amazing view. It looks pretty decent and convinient, people from town always recommend this place so it shold not be bad.
